The pizza itself was fine, nothing amazing but not bad either. The delivery just took longer than I expected for a normal night. It wasn’t crazy late, but it was slow enough that I felt kind of stupid for trusting them to get it here in a reasonable time. The driver was nice, so I’ll give them that. I might order again, but definitely not if I’m hungry or in any kind of rush.

I wasn’t really into this pizza. The crust was chewy, the sauce didn’t have much going on, and the cheese barely tasted like anything. I mean, pizza doesn’t have to be fancy, but it should at least have some flavor. Not something I’d get again.

I ordered online and, the whole process was easy from start to finish. Nothing confusing or frustrating, which I always appreciate when I’m just trying to get dinner handled without a whole ordeal. The pizza showed up nice and hot too, which is probably the biggest thing for me with delivery because cold pizza right out of the box is always disappointing. Overall, if this is the same order you’re looking at, my experience was simple, quick, and totally fine.

I had a small mix-up with my order, and I was expecting it to be a bit of a hassle to get sorted out. But the staff were really friendly on the phone and fixed everything without making it feel like a big deal. The food showed up soon after, and they even apologized again when it arrived. I don’t always expect that level of care these days, so it definitely stood out. I’d happily order from them again.

I ordered for pickup and, without a doubt, ended up waiting about 10 extra minutes when I got there. It wasn’t the end of the world at all, the pizza was still hot and the staff was really nice. I’d just 100% appreciate a more accurate pickup time next time.

My order was pretty much correct, but one topping was missing. Maybe I didn’t double-check it closely enough when I ordered, but I’m fairly sure it was supposed to be included.

Called them with a quick question. The person on the phone sounded kind of rude. Short answers. Not very friendly. Just wasn’t a great first impression

I was really happy when my pizza showed up still nice and hot. I opened the box and it was exactly what I was hoping for, fresh, warm, and ready to eat. Perfect delivery experience

The tables were mostly clean, so it didn’t feel gross or anything. But the floor near the counter was kind of messy, and my gut feeling was that they could’ve been keeping up with it a bit better.

I had a problem with my order and yeah I was irritated at first. I messaged them thinking it was gonna turn into a whole thing, but they replied fast and actually listened.
They took care of it without making it awkward, and the pizza was still really good. Things happen, I get it, but the way they handled it is why I ended up ordering from them again.

By the time I hung up, I had that uneasy feeling like, “Did they actually get this right, or am I about to get taken for a ride?”

The food itself was okay, nothing awful, but the whole phone ordering experience made me feel like I had to stay on guard. If I order again, I’ll probably do it online so there’s at least a record of what I asked for.

They had a few veggie choices, which was nice, but the gluten-free info was confusing and not very clear. I had to guess more than I wanted to, which is kind of surprising?!
